| Annotation | The article deals with actual aspects of legal regulation of relations in the Internet and realization and protection of human rights and liberties in this sphere. The author mentions some problems: legal nature of the Internet, realization of the information right and the right to defense of information, reliability of information, privacy and its protection in the Internet and others. The author concludes that there is insufficient legal regulation of legal relations in this sphere. It is argues the necessity of passing special laws and complex researching these problems within the framework of legal science. |
