| Annotation | This article deals with the system of free legal service. Imperfections and problems in the sphere of the procedure legislation on the representation have been revealed, as well as the activities of the faculty of advocates and of free legal service, the analysis of content legislation has been made; the conclusions and suggestions for solving the existing problems presented. The system of free legal service is highlighted on the example of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus. This research is not only to improve the present legislation but also to raise the acknowledgement of law in society. The author offers the plan of actions for its reforming. |
