| Annotation | The article is dedicated to the analysis of collective (class) action in cases of tourism, given the foreign legislation and judicial practice. The arguments on the relevant and proper legislative consolidation of the rules on collective action in Ukraine are provided. The author concludes that collective (class) action of tourists against tourist organizations (tourist operators, travel agencies) may be regarded as the most effective way to protect legitimate rights and interests of tourists in current situation of development of tourism and contractual relations in the area. |
