| Annotation | This paper analyzes the historical, structural and functional aspects of the evolution of legal instruments regulating the processes of integration in the EU. The role of the Treaty of Lisbon in the process of improving the application of legal acts that are issued by the EU institutions were described, as well as the role of the Court of Justice in the evolution of law enforcement was demonstrated. Also it was researched the processes of systematization of legal practice in the EU. |
