Annotation The article deals with the conditions which legal systems must meet in order to be comparable. Author argues that the conception of law as jurisprudence in contrast to the naturalist and positivist conceptions of law entails a conception of the legal system as comparable, and that comparative law as comparative jurisprudence — comparative law per se — hence appears possible.
Keywords comparative law, comparative jurisprudence, law as jurisprudence, comparability, positivist conception of law, naturalist conception of law.
