Annotation The article analyzes the possibilities of using concepts of General Theory of Signs by C.Peirce to refine the theory of legal evidences. Taken as a basis for classification of signs the system of categories (quality, attitude, representation) opens for theory of proof promising prospects and demonstrates reasons for transformation of legal evidences into arguments in the course of proving.
