Annotation

The research is one of the results of the international project training of

university teachers in the field of «philosophy of human rights». Authors are offered:

introduction to theoretical issues, methodological remarks about the nature, structure

and content of the philosophy of human rights as a discipline, detailed course program

and the literature recommended for study. The problems of the place of philosophy of

human rights in modern legal education, its nature, meaning and purpose, are discussed

based on the openness of human rights, which is rooted in the openness of human being

as such. The philosophy of human rights is considered, on the one hand, as a way of

existence and reproduction of these rights in discourse, but on the other hand, as a key

element of legal education.
